The Urinals of Selwyn District Council

This public urinal is furnished by the Selwyn District Council and is located in picturesque Arthur's Pass, New Zealand.

The tiny community of Arthur's Pass is located at the foot of a crossing over the Southern Alps that bears the same name. At the time of this writing, it is unclear if "Greymouth Lops [probably from nearby town of Greymouth] R, [indeed], Bent".
