Bristol Bar & Grill is operated by Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. Houlihan's operates about 90 casual eateries in 20 states and in Mexico, mostly under the Houlihan's name. Along with Bristol's, Houlihan's also runs Darryl's and J. Gilbert's Wood-Fried Steaks. The first Houlihan's restaurant was opened in 1972.
