The Urinals of Dirksen Senate Office Building

The Dirksen Senate Office Building was the second of three office buildings constructed for the US Senate. It is located northeast of the Capitol in Washington, D.C.

"The ground-breaking exercises for the Dirksen Building, named in 1972 for former Minority Leader Everett McKinley Dirksen, were held in January 1955, and the building was occupied in October 1958."
