This photo was sent in by CTF. He writes: "Gilbert Park is a small park located just south of the railroad tracks which features a small woods, playground, baseball field and this restroom pictured here.
"The interesting feature of this restroom is that it is completely outdoors. There's no roof over it and it is completely exposed to the elements, which means besides it being flushed the conventional way, it's also flushed with every rainstorm."
