These pictures were sent in by PH. He writes: "Nerja is a popular resort on the Mediterranean coast of Spain, known as Costa del Sol. The sand is greyish coloured grit which apparently has to be brought in specially and laid down as there is no natural sand. Spaced up and down the beach are blue and white striped huts containing toilets, which are kept very clean."
