What is urolith? Fritz responds: "I found the word "urolith" in my german -> english dictonary. I thought its a known term in english. the german word is "HARNSTEIN". It's a feared sediment among those who have to clean the urinals. When you never or seldom clean the urinal you will get very quick the "harnstein".
