Petra is a chain of european gas stations. Petra Ceska Cerpaci Stanice means Czech Petra Something-or-other Station. This particular Petra is located in Kaplice, Czech Republic, near the Austrian border.

A lot of the drivers stop at this gas station to fill up on the slightly cheaper Czech gasoline, before crossing over into Austria and the rest of Western Europe, where gas prices tend to be even higher. It appears that the urinal on the right is out of order.
