On the weekend of March 18/19, 2005 these new Falcon Waterless fixtures were installed in place of the traditional American Standard fixtures. Above the fixtures is a sign that read "Please Use As Required, They Are Waterless Urinals And Are Being Tested, Thank You". In the picture you can notice that the old valve hardware is still in place".
