"At the foot of this hill the city of Santiago was founded by Pedro de Valdivia in 1541. Today, Cerro Santa Lucia is a grand park, with swirling pathways leading to baroque terraces, featuring breathtaking views of modern Santiago. A note to visitors to Santiago who wish to visit this urinal-- entrance to the park is free but have a $100 coin ready in order to access the men's room!"
