I have been around the world on ships 7 times, and I have never seen a child's urinal until last week. It seems so normal, yet uncommon. This is in the bathroom at VIP's restaurant in Puebla, state of Puebla, Mexico. [The sign] says ONLY BOYS. This is [at] the Vips on the corner of 2 Oriente and 2 Sur."
