He sent in this first photo in 2005 with the following note: "Unfortunately, patrons are not allowed to use the original cast ironurinal structure shown above, and have to be content with the modernstainless steel fixture shown below, located just outside the actualstation".

KW returned in 2015 with the update above: "Since the photograph of this on your website was taken, this urinal has been reopened and is in use again. Presumably the installation of a hand sanitizer and the means of flushing it convinced the local authority that it was no longer a health hazard."
