This picture was sent in by Levern-Shanks. He writes: "This tile urinal is located in the washroom at Chaldecott Park, just 5 blocks from where I live in Vancouver, B.C. It has a syphonic cistern, and was probably built in the 1960s. It appears to be original and unaltered."
