This picture was submitted by KW. He writes: "Presteigne was formerly the county town of Radnorshire, in the Welsh Marches (the counties that long ago acted as a buffer between England and Wales). All the fixtures in the town's public toilets are stainless steel, no doubt to combat vandalism."
