This photo was taken by CTTF at the Rush University Medical Center. He writes: "This photo is from a building located on the other side of the highway north from the main campus. Besides holding medical offices for the university, this building also houses the Park Tavern, Teamsters Local 705, and Revolution Nightclub. I could not get the exact name of the building in general."
